More than 20 years ago I wrote the first book about how to profitably run a powersports dealership, called
"Mind Your Own Business."

The original edition has been out of print for many years. Yet I continued to get requests for the book. That's why I created this Second Edition, MYOB - 2.

The Second Edition contains over 100 pages of additional insights. I've updated it to reflect the many changes in the industry over the past 20 years. Those changes include the increasing sophistication of dealerships, the influence of the Internet, and the greater knowledge today's consumers have relating to the products, dealerships and P&A retailers.

The Second Edition also reflects the growth of the industry, from motorcycle dealerships into what is now known as the powersports industry - including ATVs and watercraft."

What others say...

"John Wyckoff has the vision, so that when you read one of his articles or listen to one of his presentations, it pisses you off because you know he's right and you've been wrong. You need a dose of John at least once a year."

Bob Dron, President

"John Wyckoff literally wrote the book on how to run a motorcycle dealership. Gluttons for punishment and dealers looking to better their business alike, should find this a worthwhile read."
